Cookery NCII
THE Cookery NC-II program provides knowledge and skills in the use of kitchen tools, preparing and cooking hot and cold meals.
All of our programs were consists of 50% academic study (classroom) and 50% work-integrated learning (practical) which takes place in leading hospitality establishments. The programmes' equal emphasis on both academic and work integrated learning ensures that graduates are job ready upon successful completion.

Academic Programs
CTH Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality Practice
This International qualification is primarily designed to be studied in parallel with one of the CTH Management Diploma program. The program includes the qualification of F&B, Housekeeping, Cookery NCII and Bread and Pastry NCII under TESDA competency-based program + Pathway Program in Canada.
CTH Level-2 Diploma in Cruise Hospitality
An International Diploma level program designed to provide students with the essential skills for their first job in the Cruise Hospitality Industry. The program includes the qualification of F&B, Housekeeping, Cookery NCII and Bread and Pastry NCII under TESDA competency-based program + Pathway Program in Canada.
