Mithaecus Institute is now an Accredited Training Center of CTH for Level-2 International Hospitality Programs

our vision

Mithaecus Institute envisions itself as an educational service provider, committed to the formation of its individuals for the culinary and hospitality industries.

All of our programs were consists of 50% academic study (classroom) and 50% work-integrated learning (practical) which takes place in leading hospitality establishments. The programmes' equal emphasis on both academic and work integrated learning ensures that graduates are job ready upon successful completion.

We believe that the rich learning experiences our programs offer can lead to powerful and positive transformation in individuals in their communities and in their institutions. Together with our partners and sponsors worldwide, we to design and implement programs in which participants reach across – and live across – boundaries and borders.

Academic Programs

CTH Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality Practice

This International qualification is primarily designed to be studied in parallel with one of the CTH Management Diploma program. The program includes the qualification of F&B, Housekeeping, Cookery NCII and Bread and Pastry NCII under TESDA competency-based program + Pathway Program in Canada.

CTH Level-2 Diploma in Cruise Hospitality 

An International Diploma level program designed to provide students with the essential skills for their first job in the Cruise Hospitality Industry. The program includes the qualification of F&B, Housekeeping, Cookery NCII and Bread and Pastry NCII under TESDA competency-based program + Pathway Program in Canada.

Fundamentals in Culinary Arts

This is technical-vocational program that provides knowledge and skills in the use of kitchen tools, preparing and cooking hot and cold meals.

Fundamentals in Bread & Pastry Production NCII

A technical-vocational program that develops the skills of students in preparing and producing bakery products, pastry products, cakes and desserts.

Housekeeping Management

This is a technical-vocational program is designed to prepare students for housekeeping jobs in hotels, motels, and resorts. 

Food & Beverage Management

This course takes students on an intriguing journey through the vast world of alcoholic beverages.
